There are many great retail products made in Kansas.
Why not cross-promote these items among the retailers in Kansas?

Why not start with the Main Street cities, making sure that we all know what Kansas-Made products are being produced in other Main Street cities?

Why stop with Main Street cities? Why not search for and cross-promote all Kansas-Made products?
We suggest that we make www.KansasMadeProducts.com a resource where wholesalers of Kansas-Made products can describe them while Kansas retailers (and those outside of Kansas) can look through the offerings, searching for products that appeal to their target markets. At the same time, a part of the site can promote Kansas-Made products directly to retail customers. We can have an on-line store if that’s what a core group of our participants want. Our on-line store application could take customer orders and forward them to participating Kansas-Made vendors for fulfillment.
We’d like the development of this site to be driven by the participating businesses and customers. We would appreciate your opinion about how to proceed.
